Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our garlic and gourmet products.
How should I store my fresh garlic?
To keep your garlic at its best, store it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing whole bulbs in the refrigerator as the humidity can cause them to sprout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our range of condiments and seeds internationally; however, due to agricultural regulations, fresh garlic bulbs can only be shipped within the UK and select European territories.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Many of our products, including our black garlic and various chutneys, are vegan-friendly. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen and dietary information.
When is the best time to plant garlic?
In the UK, the best time to plant garlic is between October and January. This allows the bulbs to experience a period of cold, which is essential for the bulb to split into individual cloves.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh garlic or opened food jars. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I visit the farm in person?
Yes! The Garlic Farm on the Isle of Wight is open to visitors. You can enjoy our restaurant, explore the farm trails, and shop our full range of products at the Farm Shop.
