Organic Rose Wight Bulb

Our first ever organic crop of garlic grown here at The Garlic Farm in Newchurch. Our farmland is now certified by the Soil Association which means no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been used in any of our production processes. Garlic is a nutritious crop and this certification brings enhanced ecological and human health benefits.

Originating in Northern Spain Rose Wight has a beautiful rosy pink and white outer skin, with dark pink-brownish large cloves. This variety produces uniform sized bulbs with an intense aroma and flavour. Ideally planted in the Autumn and harvested in early Summer.
