At The Garlic Farm Isle of Wight, we want you to be delighted with your pungent purchases; however, if you receive a damaged item or are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process for all our gourmet products.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- 2.Acknowledge Perishable Goods
Please note that for food safety reasons, perishable items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Ensure that non-perishable items are unopened and in their original packaging before sending them back to our farm office.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
